Anwar completed his initial training in Pakistan. His focus from his training days was in the area of strategic studies and participated in a number of high profile engagements in Pakistan, involving large organizations managing major business transitions. He was transferred to the Gulf and later the U.K. practices of KPMG and quickly established himself in the Banking and Finance Practice.
He held the position Managing Partner in the Lower Gulf and oversaw management consultancy services before he retired from KPMG in the year 2000. He led a boutique operation dedicated to venture capital financing in Toronto, Canada. He is a Director & the CEO of Integrated Technology Partners. Anwar Matin is also fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Taha Kisat comes to ECAS with over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology consulting arena for various clients in the USA. His experience amongst other things include company wide business process re-engineering, compliance programme management, project management, system design, testing and implementation of various solutions including SP implementation
His most recent experience has been in the pharmaceutical / biotech sector where he has worked with Emergent BioSolutions (the only FDA approved manufacturer of the Anthrax vaccine in the world) and Chiron (a division of Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics).
He was also associated with TAB products, where he consulted with Fortune 500 companies, such as Daimler-Chrysler, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AIG, etc; on the analysis, re-organization and deployment of solutions. In each case creating a process whereby his clients would see a ROI of less than 2 years on each solution implemented.
At Chiron, he was a key part of the team responsible for obtaining FDA approval on a medical device (hardware and software) used to test blood for HIV, hepatitis, etc.
At Emergent BioSolutions, Taha Kisat was responsible for maintaining the corporate IT compliance programme keeping in mind the regulations of SEC, FDA and other government oversight bodies. Taha was also part of the functional leadership team during the successful deployment of SAP at Emergent BioSolutions.
During his tenure at Emergent BioSolutions, Taha has received special recognition from the US Department of Defense (DOD), for his activities towards the support of USA’s bio-defense program.
